Our clinicians are in-network providers for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois and Multiplan.  Regardless of network status, however, we will submit to all insurance companies on the client’s behalf.  Out-of-network status does not typically mean that the client has no benefits, rather their benefits may be lowered by using an out-of-network provider.  It is always best to contact your insurance company before your first visit to verify your coverage.

Fees Overview:

Our fees are based on a 55 minute session.

Initial Appointment – $160

Ongoing Appointments (Individual) – $150

Ongoing Appointments (Marriage and Family) – $155
